Terms & Conditions When Using A Mini Bus / Chauffeured Vehicle

** Bookings that are made with return trips are to be paid in full when dropping at your destination & then the Bus & Driver will return at your required time for your journey home.

** Any one way bookings other than a home address (pick up only) are required to be paid in full before your trip.

(This can be done through the office by credit card, a receipt will be issued)

** On occasions you may be required to pay a deposit upon booking to secure your booking. Balance will then be payable to the driver on the day or by credit card through the office 2 days prior. A receipt will be issued.

** Some bookings may also require a bond by credit card, the bond will be refunded after your journey, providing no soiling or damage has occurred on the bus.

** No eating, drinking, chewing gum or smoking is allowed on the bus at any time unless by prior arrangement.

** If obtaining Liquor License all patrons must abide by the STRICT conditions of that license.

1. The Liquor License is to be on display on the bus at all times.

2. No Alcohol is to be removed from the bus.

3. No Alcohol is to be taken into wineries or any other establishments.

4. Red Wine & Spirits are not permitted at any time.

5. Wineries & Establishments reserve the right to refuse entry to any person acting offensively.

** Bad behavior will not be tolerated on the bus at any time & the driver has the right to remove person/persons or terminate the tour immediately & no refund will be given.

** A Soiling fee starting from $100 will be payable if the vehicle is in an unreasonable state at the end of your journey & this is payable on the spot.

** If Vandalism or Damage occurs whilst on your journey, Come Cruise'n has the right to recover any costs from the person who made the booking.

** Prices are correct at the time of Quoting & Come Cruise'n reserves the right for price increases at any time.

** All deposits Paid for bookings are Non Refundable if a cancellation occurs.

** Any personal belongings are the responsibility of the passengers only.

If any property needs to be returned it may require a charge.
